Google data accessed

After explicit authorization, the integration may access Gmail messages and labels, Google Drive files, Google Calendar events, Google Sheets spreadsheets, and Google Docs documents. Access is limited to the permissions shown on Google’s authorization screen.

How data is used

Storage and security

OAuth credentials and any data needed to perform requested tasks are stored on systems controlled by the owner. Reasonable technical safeguards are used to restrict access. Google user data is not used for advertising or profiling.

Sharing and sale

Google user data is not sold. It is not shared with third parties except where necessary to carry out an action expressly requested by the owner, comply with law, or operate infrastructure acting on the owner’s behalf.

Retention and deletion

Data is retained only for as long as needed for the owner’s requested workflows or records. The owner can revoke access at any time from the Google Account security settings and can delete locally retained data from the systems they control.
